But just before you do that, were there any other games that deserved a mention for the year just gone?
Pandemic is a favorite of ours and was played alot in our house in 2010. Stone Age is a popular one as well.
I have a woeful record with Pandemic! I really enjoy the game, but I’m renowned for losing it – not good for other gamers, considering it’s a co-op game! I think the only way I could win was if I used the On The Brink expansion and played as the Bio-Terrorist!
Stone Age is great fun. It’s almost liberating to roll dice again! 😀
I have to say, I’m stoked Endeavor came in first. I love that game. (And believe I’ve bet David 3 times. Then again, I’ve only played thrice.)
Sad but true! For someone who is obsessed with board games, I’m woefully bad at them…
I should really work on figuring out how to win them! 😀
I’d like to throw Thunderstone in there for a mention as this game has become a staple in our gaming diet and never seems to dissapoint!.
Also for just all out laughs….Dixit, this game is an absolute hoot.
i highly recommend as ‘THE’ accompaniment for a night on the ribena’s
Yes, Dixit certainly tickles a different part of the brain than most games! 🙂
