Christchurch Earthquake Donation

The last of the SeriouslyBoard charity auction items has sold, and we can now donate all profits to the Salvation Army for their Christchurch earthquake relief fund!

As mentioned in an earlier blog, we sold a number of games that survived the earthquake in order to raise some money to support the recovery.  Some of these games had box damage, while others escaped the tremors unscathed.

Suffice to say, we were very excited when we reached the final figure:

We’d like to thank everyone who helped to contribute to the total of $174.60 that we will be donating on behalf of all board gamers. And while we acknowledge that this is only a drop in the ocean compared to what Christchurch needs, we’re grateful that your generosity has enabled us to give.
