Seriously Board Terms and Conditions
Seriously Board 2018 Ltd is an online board game retailer. In the following agreement “Seriously Board” refers to the online store and “the customer” refers to any person, group or company who purchases board games from Seriously Board.
Seriously Board has the right to cancel any order or limit the number of items purchased. This cancellation or limitation will be carried out in the following manner; The customer will be contacted via email or phone and notified of the change. The payment will be refunded.
The customer may use the following methods to make payment to Seriously Board. PayPal using PayPal account or Credit card, Laybuy, or Bank deposit. When paying by bank deposit, please use the customer order number as a reference.
Within the North and South islands of New Zealand, Seriously Board has a flat courier fee for orders under $70 of $4. Orders of $70 are delivered free of charge.

- Local/Regional – Next Day

- North Island (Urban) – 2 Days
- North Island (Rural) – 3 Days
- South Island (Urban) – 3 Days
- South Island (Rural) – 4 Days
Note: These times do not include weekends or public holidays. Cut off time for a day’s orders is 3pm
For overseas orders, please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will calculate a shipping cost based on the destination, shipment volume and weight, and order value.
Return and Refund Policy
Seriously Board will do everything it can to ensure that the game you purchase is what you expect it to be.
We will offer a refund or return under these circumstances:
- The item is not what was advertised and/or purchased
- It was for a present and the recipient already had one
- The game arrived damaged and wasn’t purchased as a damaged game
All returned games need to be unopened and in the condition the customer received it.
When returning games, first contact Seriously Board at email@example.com. We will organise with you the best way to proceed.
Sometimes the game has missing components. When this happens we will direct you to the appropriate publisher or work with our distributors to replace those pieces.
Seriously Board will keep your personal details safe and not share it with any other party.
