Carcassonne: Traders and Builders is the second major expansion for the multi-award winning Carcassonne and contains 24 new tiles as well as additional followers, providing the opportunity for players to score additional victory points or take extra turns.

Carcassonne: Traders and Builders includes the additional followers, the pig and the builder. The pig can be used by a player on a farm which they own, increasing the score they receive from each nearby city. The builder allows the player to draw an additional tile, when adding to a feature they already own, where the builder has been placed.
In Carcassonne: Traders and Builders, players also have the opportunity to earn ten bonus points at the end of the game, through collecting the most wine, cloth and wheat. These goods are collected when a player scores from cities containing tiles with these symbols, making these cities very popular, and leading to some interesting rivalry.
